Take pickup and delivery orders
3 minYou willBill parcel and home-delivery orders with the customer, address and delivery charge.
You needYour menu added. Your usual delivery charge.
Steps
- 1 Set your delivery chargeOpen Setup › Settings › Delivery charge, enter the amount and tap Update.
- 2 Choose the order typeIn Sell › POS, choose Pick Up for parcels or Delivery for home delivery.
- 3 Add the customerFor delivery, pick or add the customer and their address. The delivery charge is added to the bill.
- 4 Add dishes and send KOTAdd the dishes and send the KOT to the kitchen.
- 5 Take paymentTap Pay when the customer pays, choose the payment type and print the bill.
Common problems
The order type names are different
Open Setup › Settings › Customer order types to change the names and which types are on.
