Money in the wallet is a customer who will be back
A customer tops up their wallet, pays bills from it, and gets refunds as store credit. Sell gift cards with a code that is worth a fixed amount and works once.
- A wallet for every customer, with a dated history
- Pay a bill from the wallet, alone or with cash or UPI
- Gift cards with unique codes and optional expiry
- Never spends more than the balance
Take cash, UPI or card and add it to the customer's wallet in a few taps.
On the payment screen, Use wallet fills in what the balance allows and the rest goes to cash or UPI.
Random codes like GC-7F3K-92QD, unique to your shop, worth one fixed amount, usable once.
Choose to refund a bill into the wallet, and a void bill gives the wallet part back by itself.
Safe by design
The wallet is a ledger: every top-up, bill and refund is a dated line, and the balance is always the sum of the lines. Two counters can never spend the same money.
Wallet money and gift card sales are not counted as sales until a bill is paid with them, so your sales and tax reports stay honest.
