Hear it from the guest before Google does
Every bill can carry a small QR code. The guest scans it, rates the visit and leaves a note, with no sign-in. You see every rating, and a low one reaches you the same day.
- QR on the thermal bill and the A4 invoice
- Stars for the visit, the food and the service
- Alert to the owner on a low rating
- Happy guests get a Share on Google button
The guest scans the QR with the phone camera. One rating per bill, no account.
A rating of 1 to 3 stars rings the bell for the owner, so you can call the guest back.
A guest who gives 4 or 5 stars sees a button to share it on your Google page.
If you use loyalty points, a rating can give the customer bonus points.
Why ask on the bill?
Most unhappy guests never complain. They just do not come back, and some post a bad review. Asking right at the table, while the visit is fresh, gives you the chance to fix it first.
The report shows ratings by day, the comments, and a tick to mark each complaint as handled. The daily sales email also counts the low ratings of the day.

Common questions
Can a guest rate twice?
No. Each bill takes one rating.
Does the guest need to sign in?
No. The QR link on the bill is the key, so scanning it is enough.
Is it in the app?
Settings and the report are on the web panel today. The QR prints from any device.
