Scan the pack and it is on the bill
Give packed items a barcode, print labels for them, and scan with a USB or Bluetooth scanner at the counter to add them to the bill.
- Optional barcode on any item
- One item per barcode in your restaurant
- Scan box in the POS for a USB or Bluetooth scanner
- Print labels on an A4 sheet or a 50 x 25 mm roll
Scan the sticker already on a pack into the item, or press Generate to make a store barcode.
Click the scan box in the POS and scan. The item is added to the bill, no searching.
Pick the items and how many labels. Each label has the shop name, item, barcode and price.
A barcode belongs to one item in your restaurant, so a scan never picks the wrong item.
Who needs barcodes?
Barcodes help shops that sell the same packed items again and again: bakeries, sweet shops, cafes with a retail corner and grocery. For a restaurant that cooks everything to order they add little.
Barcode billing is a separate switch in your plan, so it only shows for the shops that use it.
