What is a thermal printer? (Bill and KOT printer)
Paper sizes
The common roll widths are 2 inch (58 mm) and 3 inch (80 mm). The 3-inch roll is easier to read and fits more on one line.
How they connect
Printers connect by USB, Wi-Fi, LAN cable or Bluetooth. Pick the type that suits where the printer sits and the device you bill from.
Looking after it
Keep spare rolls, store paper away from heat and sunlight, and clean the print head now and then. Thermal prints fade over time, so keep digital copies of bills.
How AppZet Billing handles it

- Print KOT on the KOT screen gives a paper ticket for the kitchen.
