Getting started: from sign-up to your first bill

You willCreate your account, add your restaurant details, GST, payment types and a few dishes, and print your first bill.

Steps

  1. 1 Create your accountOpen the Sign up page and enter your restaurant name, business category, phone, email and a password. If we email you a 6-digit code, enter it to finish. Your 30-day free trial starts now.
  2. 2 Add your restaurant detailsOpen Setup › Settings › General settings. Add your business name, phone, address and GST number, then tap Update. These show on every bill.
  3. 3 Set up GSTOpen GST and add the rate you charge, for example 5%. Turn on GST on sale for that rate.
  4. 4 Add payment typesOpen Payment Type and add the ways customers pay you, such as Cash, Card and UPI.
  5. 5 Add a few dishesOpen Menus › Items List › Add item, or upload your whole menu with Bulk Upload.
  6. 6 Print your first billOpen Sell › POS, choose Pick Up, tap a dish, then Pay. Pick the payment type and print the bill.

Common problems

I did not get the email code

Check your spam folder, then tap Resend on the code screen. The code is sent to the email you signed up with.

A page says my plan does not include it

Some parts, like the online store, kitchen display and reservations, are in the Premium plan. During the free trial you can try them all.
