Take table reservations

You willBook tables for later, from the panel or from your online store.
You needThe Premium plan or your free trial, and your tables added.

Steps

  1. 1 Turn reservations onOpen Setup › Settings › Reservation. Turn on Enable Restaurant Reservations, and Enable Customer Reservations if guests should book from your online store.
  2. 2 Set the rulesSet the minimum guest size, and how many minutes before a slot it closes for today.
  3. 3 Set time slotsFor each day, add Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner slots with a start time, end time and the gap between bookings. Save.
  4. 4 Add a bookingOpen Reservations › Add reservation. Pick the date, meal, guests and time, add the customer name, phone and any special request, and tap Reserve now.
  5. 5 Assign a tableAfter saving, assign a table to the booking from the Reservations list.

Common problems

It says no time slots left

All slots for that meal are taken or past. Try another date or meal, or add more slots in Reservation settings.

It says reservations are switched off

Turn on Enable Restaurant Reservations in Setup › Settings › Reservation.
